unboxing video/images requirement

  • To apply for a return request, you must provide an unboxing video and images of the product (The minimum allowed files up to 10 and allowed size is 30MB).
  • This is to ensure that the product is in its original condition and has not been used or tampered with.

not eligible for returns

The following cases are not eligible for returns:

  2. Used or worn cases: Phone cases that have been used, worn, or altered in any way are not eligible for returns.
  3. Minor variations: Minor variations in color, design, or material are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns.
  4. Cases with normal wear and tear: Phone cases that show normal wear and tear, such as scratches or fading, are not eligible for returns.
  5. Cases damaged by customer: Phone cases that are damaged by the customer, such as dropped or crushed cases, are not eligible for returns.
  6. Cases with missing or damaged packaging: Phone cases that are returned without original packaging or with damaged packaging are not eligible for returns.
  7. Cases returned after 3 days: Phone cases returned after the 3-day return window are not eligible for returns.
  8. Cases that have been altered or modified: Phone cases that have been altered or modified in any way, such as painting or engraving, are not eligible for returns.
  9. Final sale items: Phone cases marked as “final sale” or “clearance” are not eligible for returns.
  10. Cases with no defects: Phone cases that are returned without any defects or issues are not eligible for returns.
